In the event that you ever have a problem with the construction of your burp cloth, we will replace it with a comparable design for free*. We create each of our items with the expectation that you will never face this situation; but if you do encounter issues, please let us know right away and we'll walk you through the replacement process.
*We reserve the right to deny Replacement Requests if we experience repeated inquiries from a single party and those inquiries are inconsistent with the performance of the item for our other customers.
{RUSH ORDERS}
If you need to receive your burp cloths immediately, we'll do whatever we can to accomodate your request. Jus send us an email and we'll work through the timing and additional cost details with you.
We can't guarantee that we can fulfill every Rush Order request, but we'll certainly do our best!

Interested in purchasing a gift for a friend? Simply indicate that by filling in the Gift Message field on the item that you're purchasing. We'll also send the burp cloths directly to them if you supply us with the shipping address!
{PRODUCT CARE}
Each of the fabrics used in our burp cloths are pre-laundered to reduce shrinkage when you receive them. We recommend that for ongoing care, you launder your BURP CLOTHS in cool water and dry on normal heat
HOODED BATH TOWELS should be laundered in cool water on the delicate cycle and dried on low heat.
